As we all nervously emerge from lockdown awaiting more news about the latest covid variant,   life goes on here in Roundhay.    Similarly I do hope you are well and keeping safe.

Anne has now retired (take two),  and Cathy Close started this month and we're delighted to see that she keeps coming back.   She's fitting into her role here really well which is good news for us all  especially as we are still experiencing ever increasing poor service from most of the insurance, investment and pension universe.
